HR Support/Documentation Specialist

We are looking for HR Support team members with the following qualifications:
โ€ข Bachelors/College Degree in HR Related field, Business, or IT Related
โ€ข Knowledge in employee records
โ€ข Can work more than 8-hour days in different shift schedules
โ€ข Knows G-suite and Adobe Acrobat
โ€ข This is a full time requirement
โ€ข Good internet speed/computer with at least I3 or equivalent

We are preparing HR files for audit and eventual migration to a different system, the following are the tasks involved:

โ€ข Renaming of files and categorizing them (you will be provided with training and a file map to do so)
โ€ข Breaking up pdf files for proper categorization and filing
โ€ข This includes changing the orientation of files for readability, as needed.
โ€ข Files are either already in a Gdrive or from Docusign
