Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
- 2- 3 years human resources experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of the human resources field (hiring, compensation and benefits, labor relations, timekeeping, training & development)
- Understanding of HR best practices, current regulations, Philippine labor law, personnel and compliance records management
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Can start immediately and be assigned in Bagong Barrio, Caloocan City
