HR Support/Documentation Specialist


We are looking for HR Support team members with the following qualifications:
• Bachelors/College Degree in HR Related field, Business, or IT Related
• Knowledge in employee records
• Can work more than 8-hour days in different shift schedules
• Knows G-suite and Adobe Acrobat
• This is a full time requirement
• Good internet speed/computer with at least I3 or equivalent

We are preparing HR files for audit and eventual migration to a different system, the following are the tasks involved:

• Renaming of files and categorizing them (you will be provided with training and a file map to do so)
• Breaking up pdf files for proper categorization and filing
• This includes changing the orientation of files for readability, as needed.
• Files are either already in a Gdrive or from Docusign
